Team Building
GROOVE offers a variety of Team Building experiences designed to make a lasting, positive impact on how your company operates – from the inside out. Team building workshops can be customized for groups both small and large! We can come to your headquarters – or even travel with you on the road to other events.
Singer/Songwriter Workshop
Working with our experienced songwriters, groups will be divided into “bands” and are lead through a hands-on songwriting process – working on their own original tune. We provide the instruments and musical backing – and your employees are welcome to rock out, too. The best part is that we can – at your request – customize songs to reflect events, themes and ideas happening at your company! GROOVE records each song and delivers digital copies to you after the workshop. At the end of the workshop, all “bands” get together to perform their songs for one another. There’s no pre-requisite for being able to play any instruments or have any experience singing.
Broadcaster Workshop
Being on a news team is no different than being a part of a corporate team – it takes patience, understanding and the ability to work well with others. In this unique team-building experience, employees are put into different news teams as both production crew and on-camera talent. Working with our experienced producers behind the scenes, each news crew will learn to write compelling headlines, co-anchor the news, deliver sports, weather, and even your own company’s news and information if you’d like – all while being filmed “on set.” DVDs of each news crew’s performance are distributed after the workshop and all can enjoy a post-production viewing party! It’s a unique spin on a team building approach that brings teams closer, builds self-confidence and can truly help impact your company’s bottom line.
Moviestar Workshop
Everybody wants to be a star, and in this unique workshop, your employees will get the red carpet treatment. Working with our directors, your teams will act and direct in a variety of scenes – working together to make the production a success. Relevant company themes can be worked into the scripts to help reinforce important messages to your teams. This workshop helps build self-confidence and gives each team member the ability to lead effectively. All can enjoy a post-production viewing party and a DVD of each scene will be delivered after the workshop.

Rockstar Music Videos
Our music video packages are popular with all types of groups, and they give participants the chance to rock out in front of our green screen with our authentic rockstar props while making music videos. GROOVE provides a hip hop dancer to work behind the camera for your team to follow along to. Our music videos are a ton of fun and bring a smile to all that participate. DVDs are provided at the end of your event and include all music videos. This offering can be bundled with our Rockstar Photoshoot package.
Rockstar Photoshoot
GROOVE has become known for our unique Rockstar Photoshoots. Posing in front of our green screen, can choose a fun Rockstar background, dress up like rockstars, and pose for unlimited 4x6 keepsakes! This offering can be bundled with our Rockstar Music Videos.
Hip Hop/Sing-Along Dance Party
Book GROOVE for your company party or event and you’ll know that you’re getting not the usual experience. This Party package includes hip hop dancers, lights, music, a DJ/emcee and live mics and on-screen lyrics for your team to use to sing along with their favorite tunes. We customize every party with a set list that you and your company provide to GROOVE ahead of time to make it a truly customized event. (Though we’re happy to provide song suggestions as requested!) Your team will rock out, dance, sing and groove for hours! There are different packages based on the location of your event.
